运行基线模型
首先，克隆 repo 并编译 protobuf：
git clone https://github.com/mcobzarenco/mctest.git
cd mctest
protoc --python_out=. mctest.proto
要解析原始数据（dev + train 组合），请删除停用词并将其保存为长度分隔的 protobuf 平面文件：

./parse.py --rm-stop data/stopwords.txt -o proto >
