第一栏是当前字符 –– c 的值；第二栏显示是从缓冲区或是直接从输入流读取；第三栏显示
需要匹配的字符 –– old 的第 posth 字符；第四栏显示那一个条件式 (case)被求值作为结
果；第五栏显示被写至输出流的字符；而最後一栏显示缓冲区之後的内容。在最後一栏里，
