前段时间 GeoIP 改变了 CSV 格式。 虽然旧的 CSV 格式仍然可以更新和下载，但我们包含了geoip_import_2.py ，可以导入 GeoLite2-Country 和 GeoLite2-City。
GeoLite2-Country 使用数字 ID，因此您无法在没有散列的情况下导入。
