Main Responsibility:
Java Engineer will work on the current and future Walmart Global eCommerce platform, which enables the
Walmart.com and other global Wal-Mart e-commerce application(s). Java Engineer will be a fast learner who can
analyze requirements, design and implement solutions while demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods
and techniques. S/He will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry on technologies
encompassing large distributed application server farms, Distributed Caching algorithms, Data Access Layers,
Distributed Session management, Profile service, Messaging Service, ESB, Computing (Hadoop) clusters,
Statistical trending and log/data mining using artificial intelligence algorithms etc.
