Iris 群编码 SpikingNeuralNet Spiking Neural Networks里做分类测试时使用的小数据集。将原始Iris数据集的四个属性分别通过40个高斯函数编码成脉冲，编码后的数据为160维，.mat格式可直接导入MATLAB使用。具体编码细节参考： Samanwoy Ghosh-Dastidar and Hojjat Adeli，Improved spiking neural networks for EEG classification and epilepsy and seizure detection，Integrated Computer-Aided Engineering， 14 :187–212，2007.
