Tensorflow-gpu pycharm专业版 Anaconda3
1.先通过https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus，确定gpu必须满足算力3.0以上。
2.安装visula CPP 2015运行库。
3.安装Anaconda3（添加path）。
4.创建tensorflow-gpu环境，进入cmd，运行conda create -n tensorflow-gpu python=3.6。
5.切换到tensorflow-gpu环境，在cmd，运行activate tensorflow-gpu。
6.得到tensorflow-gpu小帽子，安装tensorflow，运行pip install tensorflow-gpu==1.4.0。
7.下载并安装cuda8.0及补丁，网址：https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-80-ga2-download-archive。
8.下载cuddn6.0，解压缩后，copy到cuda的安装目录，win7版网址：https://developer.nvidia.com/compute/machine-learning/cudnn/secure/v6/prod/8.0_20170307/cudnn-8.0-windows7-x64-v6.0-zip；win10版网址：https://developer.nvidia.com/compute/machine-learning/cudnn/secure/v6/prod/8.0_20170307/cudnn-8.0-windows10-x64-v6.0-zip。
9.安装pycharm专业版，网上或者后面的评论有sn。
10.打开pycharm后，file->setting，添加编译环境，设置为已有的环境tensorflow-gpu。
