用法
dotnet new net31_console
使用.NET Core 3.1，C＃8.0，可为空的引用类型（警告视为错误），单个文件发布和修剪的控制台应用程序。
由于单个文件发布需要指定单个运行时标识符，因此构建和发布应用程序需要使用-r标志：
dotnet build -r linux-x64
dotnet publish -r linux-x64
PublishReadyToRun包含在项目文件中，但已注释掉。 这是因为PublishReadyToRun不支持交叉编译，因此需要建立正确的目标平台上（见 ）。
