RTR6285 Specification This document is part of a set of documents that describes the QUALCOMM RTR6285/6280 RFIC and how best to use it. The RTR6285/6280 device supports quadband UMTS (bands 1 through 6 and bands 8 through 9), quadband GSM/EDGE, GPS(RTR6285 only), and UMTS diversity(RTR6285 only)handset operation with direct conversions between RF and baseband using zero-IF (ZIF) radio architectures. Technical RTR6285/6280 IC information is distributed over four documents (Table1-1). Each is a self-contained document, but thorough understanding of the IC and its applications requires studying all four. The device description given in the next section is a good place to start. All released RTR6285/6280 documents are posted on the QCT Developers Connection (https://chips.qualcomm.com) and are available for download.
