2.安装
在 Linux 按 CPU 的计算速度，有 3 种版本： 标准版， SSE3 和 AVX 版本。 按并行化方式有 4 种版本： Sequential, Pthreads, MPI, Hybrid Pthreads/MPI 。可以编译出 12 个不同版本的 RAxML 程序。 SSE3 版本比标准版快 ~40%, AVX 版本比 SSE3 版本快 10~30% 。 与 CPU 支持有关。

$ rm *.o
$ make -f Makefile.AVX.gcc

$ make -f Makefile.PTHREADS.gcc

3.设置环境变量

>> ~/.bashrc
$ source ~/.bashrc
