通过网上查找办法出错的原因主要有几项：

1、数据库方言的配置：

应该配置为：

<property name="hibernate.dialect">org.hibernate.dialect.MySQL5InnoDBDialect</property>
但是如此配置之后依然出现上述的错误，但是仔细分析过后，照成的原因是因为下面这条语句： 
Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '娠~2鱔\0?渲RJ魟鳺/謘�颕�?旚-鮔y噌慬棭惨?鋄??y賌R�\�?' at line 1
可以从中发现有乱码，因此可以判定是乱码的原因，因此我们必须要在jbpm.hibernate.cfg.xml中设置数据库连接编码
?useUnicode=true&amp;characterEncoding=utf-8
，配置了之后，运行程序才没有出现上述的异常。
