VMware Workstation虚拟机重启出现“The system is running in low-graphics mode” 进不了系统

描述

Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS 在使用一段时间后，重新启动系统，还没有进入图形登录界面时，弹出 The system is running in low-graphics mode 警告。

解决

按下按键 Ctrl + Alt + F4 进入命令行模式
使用 root 登录到系统

$ cd /etc/X11
$ cp xorg.conf.failsafe xorg.conf
$ reboot

重启之后，即可进入到图形登录界面。
