New XAMPP security concept:
Access to the requested object is only available from the local network.
This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
打开httpd-xampp.conf文件
查找Require local
2.4以前版本：
#在Require local前面加#号，注释掉，取消只允许本地访问。
2.4以后版本：
将Require local替换为Require all granted就可以了。
最后重启Apache服务
