用insert into语句能向数据库中插入excel表中数据吗?

这个问题有点复杂,首先excel是用opendialog打开的,但是保证其和数据表中的字段一致;其次,其工作薄中的表是可以选择的;虽然用adoquery.append方法可以进行数据复制,但是会导入重复数据,所以想用insert into 语句,下面是简要代码,但总是出错,请高人指点一下

嗯,一楼和二楼的方法用过,但是有两个问题:1.能用opendialog打开数据表吗 2.不能选择工作薄中的表,相当一次只能插入特定的excel.   按照我的代码,能够用opendialog打开.xls,并选取其中的表,但是insert into 语句就不能用阁下所给的方法了,请您再帮忙推敲一下!
