1.卸载原来的.NET4.0，从新下载.NET4.5.1完整安装程序。后问题解决附：.NET4.5.1下载地址：https://www.microsoft.com/zh-cn/download/details.aspx?id=40779另外，附件中是完整的安装调整过程，可下载做为参考；
