CXF(2.7.10) - Writing a service with Spring

1. 定义服务接口。

2. 实现服务接口。

3. Spring 配置，applicationContext.xml。

5. 启动 Tomcat 运行 web 工程，在浏览器键入 http://localhost:8080/hellocxf/ws/hello?wsdl，验证服务是否发布成功（hellocxf 为工程名）。
