解决的方法：运行vs项目遇到这样的情况是由于开发工具缺少v141平台工具集，此时右键解决方案–>配置属性–>常规—>平台工具集。在（下图箭头处）下拉框选择Visual Studio 2015 (v140) （因此我这里用的是Visual Studio 2015,什么工具都一样）

情况如下:
解决的办法 ：这是由于目标平台（windows）与项目的目标平台版本不匹配，根据错误提示的信息可以看出。此时右键解决方案–>属性—>常规—> 目标平台版本–>选择你电脑有的平台版本号.
