                                      BLE连接中的中心设备与外围设备

为在LE物理传输上运行的设备定义了四种GAP角色：

•Broadcaster

•Observer

•Peripheral

•Central

 

外围设备:
              建立连接过程中接受建立一个活跃的物理连接请求的LE设备定义为Peripheral 角色

Peripheral 角色在连接状态下的链路层中是Slave 角色。A device operating in the Peripheral role is referred to as a Peripheral.

 

中心设备：

              建立连接过程中发起建立活跃物理连接请求的LE 设备定义为Central 角色，Central 角色在连接状态下的链路层中是Master 角色。A device operating in the Central role is referred to as a Central.

 

例子：

以手机连接蓝牙IC卡为例：

手机发起建立物理连接请求，手机就是Central 设备，蓝牙IC卡接受手机发起的物理连接请求，IC卡就是Peripheral设备。
