android studio设置护眼背景颜色

1、file --> setting --> Editor --> color Scheme --> General

2、如果是更换主题背景色，在Scheme直接设置：Default白色，Darcule黑色，high contrast高对比度模式

2、选择Text --> Default text ，设置Background 为 CCEED0（也可以设置自己想要的颜色），OK就好了
