flink Standalone模式 [ERROR] Could not get JVM paramete

 Standalone模式集群配置：

• s201 [Master]   
• s202 s203 [slaves]

版本：Flink-1.10.0

问题：配置flink时，配置文件如下：

在s201上启动start-cluster.sh ，会报如下错误：

[ERROR] Could not get JVM parameters properly.

会发现:s202、s203上的slaves都没有启动

====================解决方法=======================

在s201中的flink/conf目录下，修改flink-conf.yaml，添加或者修改如下内容：

然后分发到s202、s203上，启动集群即可：
