解决方法：
here are some workarounds to this issue. First workaround, suggested by users, is to run VMWare as Administrator.
- Right-click on VMWare shortcut icon and select Properties.
- Select Compatibility tab and check the box Run this program as Administrator.

2，ceontos-6.4安装时报 operating system not found错误
解决方法：select CD\DVD drive and in the top right corner you have the options you are looking for) 勾选。
you need to click the "connected" and "connect at power on" in the right top corner in order to make the iso to mount properly.
After you click "connect at power on", reboot the VM and it should boot from the iso.
