Localhost/index.php出现 错误403 you don't have the permission to access on this server
现在已经解决，特将方法与大家分享。希望有用。
Apache 里面的conf文件夹，httpd.conf 文件中：
<Directory />
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
deny from all
</Directory>
其中“deny from all”改为“allow from all”，这样就可以了。
