　　必然有人会产生疑问：前面urllib2后面httplib？没错，我比较渣，所以实际上是在亮叔的版本上面改的，同样是浓郁的C风格……

使用环境是windows 浏览器是chrome #应该没什么关系吧

　　使用方法是开始输入网址，然后输入刷入次数，慢慢等吧，只要不是网速太过变态，一般两秒可以刷一票
