there are four options:
1. Sybase Replication Server: Log based real time replication(limited to IBM DB2 database)
2. SAP Landscape Transformation(SLT): Trigger based real time or scheduled replication
3. SAP Business Objects Data Services: ETL based scheduled replication
4. Direct Extractor Connection: using BW extractors and delta capabilities to load data into SAP HANA database
