Weblogic 7.0 关于建立 bmp Domain 不支持中文问题！

在Weblogic 7.0 ，建立 bmp Domain 后不能建立相关的数据库（因为不支持中文的原因），导致studio无法正常使用。 记得只要更改一个 jar 文件就可以的，可惜忘了这个文件叫什么，哪位大侠有这个文件或者知道怎么改这个文件吗！？或者有其他方法？1
请告知！  急急急急！！！ 等着救命啊！！

在wliconfig.cmd的最前面加一行：chcp 437，重新启动，ok?

不行啊，提示以下错误：
