错误提示如图
一开始我查询了

[root@web01 mysql]#
最后直接将原有的包直接卸载，然后重新安装，问题得到解决。
yum -y install libgcc_s.so.1
libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work
yum -y install 
libaio.so.1
/application/mysql//bin/mysqld: error while loading shared libraries: libaio.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
