安装前的准备

CUDA 9.0 安装,可以参看Ubuntu16.04 + cuda9.0 + cudnn7.1.4 + tensorflow安装

opencv 3.3.0 下载

ippicv_2017u2_lnx_intel64_20170418.tgz + opencv3.3.0下载

安装前的准备

安装依赖环境:

-dev pkg-config libavcodec-dev libavformat-dev libswscale-dev
-dev libxine2-dev libgstreamer0.-dev libgstreamer-plugins-base0.-dev libv4l-dev python-dev python-numpy libtbb-dev libqt4-dev libgtk2.-dev libfaac-dev libmp3lame-dev libopencore-amrnb-dev libopencore-amrwb-dev libtheora-dev libvorbis-dev libxvidcore-dev x264 v4l-utils libeigen3-dev

初始化安装:

cd opencv-
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local ..

此时会遇到正在下载ippicv,ctrl+C结束。

在刚才下载ippicv_2017u2_lnx_intel64_20170418.tgz的目录下,新建一个脚本,输入下面的命令,并且在/home/ubuntu/opencv/opencv-3.3.0/3rdparty/ippicv 中新建downloads目录,并执行下面的脚本:

ipp_file=./ippicv_2017u2_lnx_intel64_20170418.tgz    &&
ipp_hash=$(md5sum $ipp_file | cut -d" " -f1)      &&
ipp_dir= /home/ubuntu/opencv/opencv-/3rdparty/ippicv/downloads/linux-$ipp_hash &&

mkdir -p $ipp_dir &&
cp $ipp_file $ipp_dir

接下来准备使用cmake-gui ,所以需要安装一下cmake图形界面:

apt-get install cmake-qt-gui 

使用命令:

cmake-gui

调出cmake图形界面,配置源码路径以及需要安装的路径:

ubuntu16.04  + CUDA 9.0 + opencv3.3  安装

点击,config,点击generate。

遇到的问题

CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files:
CUDA_nppi_LIBRARY (ADVANCED)

修改:

找到FindCUDA.cmake文件

找到行:

find_cuda_helper_libs(nppi)

改为:

      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppial)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppicc)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppicom)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppidei)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppif)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppig)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppim)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppist)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppisu)
      find_cuda_helper_libs(nppitc)

找到行:

set(CUDA_npp_LIBRARY "${CUDA_nppc_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppi_LIBRARY};${CUDA_npps_LIBRARY}")

改为:

set(CUDA_npp_LIBRARY "${CUDA_nppc_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppial_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppicc_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppicom_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppidei_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppif_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppig_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppim_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppist_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppisu_LIBRARY};${CUDA_nppitc_LIBRARY};${CUDA_npps_LIBRARY}")

找到行:

unset(CUDA_nppi_LIBRARY CACHE)

改为:

    unset(CUDA_nppial_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppicc_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppicom_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppidei_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppif_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppig_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppim_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppist_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppisu_LIBRARY CACHE)
    unset(CUDA_nppitc_LIBRARY CACHE)

找到文件OpenCVDetectCUDA.cmake

修改以下几行:

     ...
      set(__cuda_arch_ptx "")
      if(CUDA_GENERATION STREQUAL "Fermi")
        set(__cuda_arch_bin "2.0")
      elseif(CUDA_GENERATION STREQUAL "Kepler")
        set(__cuda_arch_bin "3.0 3.5 3.7")
      ... 

改为:

  ...
  set(__cuda_arch_ptx "")
  if(CUDA_GENERATION STREQUAL "Kepler")
    set(__cuda_arch_bin "3.0 3.5 3.7")
  elseif(CUDA_GENERATION STREQUAL "Maxwell")
    set(__cuda_arch_bin "5.0 5.2")
  ...

将头文件cuda_fp16.h添加至 opencv\modules\cudev\include\opencv2\cudev\common.hpp,即在common.hpp中添加:

#include <cuda_fp16.h>

上述修改完成之后重新生成

nvcc fatal : Unsupported gpu architecture 'compute_20'

CMakeConfig-CUDA_CONFIGCMAKE.cmake 中删除:

-gencode arch=compute_20,code=sm_20

cmake-gui中将CUDA_ARCH_BIN 中的2.0去除,结果:

ubuntu16.04  + CUDA 9.0 + opencv3.3  安装

安装openCV

进入build目录中:

make
make install 

配置pkg-config

安装完成后,配置pkg-config,用于管理opencv安装库:

sudo vim /etc/ld.so.conf

添加:

sudo ldconfig -v
export  PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig 

使用以下命令查看pkg-config配置信息:

pkg-config --libs opencv

查看opencv版本

pkg-config --modversion opencv

编译好的版本下载

opencv3.1 编译前版本下载
