更换win7锁屏壁纸

1.打开注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background右侧双击OEMBackground，将值改为1；

2.找一张jpg（大小200k左右）文件替换目录C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds\的backgroundDefault.jpg文件，如果文件夹或文件不存在，则手动创建。
