化简可得\(\sum_{i=1}^{min(n,m)}{\lfloor \frac{n}{i} \rfloor}{\lfloor \frac{m}{i} \rfloor}\sum_{d|i}\mu(d)^2*\mu(\frac{i}{d})\)

有结论\(\sum_{d|n}\mu(d)^2*\mu(\frac{n}{d})=\sum_{i=1}^{\sqrt(n)}\mu(i)\)分块即可
