貌似是SELinux的问题，做了以下两步可以了
1. 修改配置文件修改配置文件/etc/selinux/config（未验证不修改是否可以）
修改SELINUX=enforcing为SELINUX=permissive
2. chcon -R -t mysqld_db_t /data/mysql
