ubuntu:solve the problem of 'E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/'

just run this command: sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vfR

it will remove all the software package with the state of 'apt-get install'

and no use to leave them, that's ok to just r.m.
