Valid Number 



Validate if a given string is numeric.



Some examples:

"0" => true

" 0.1 " => true

"abc" => false

"1 a" => false

"2e10" => true

Note: It is intended for the problem statement to be ambiguous. You should gather all requirements up front before implementing one.

思路:此题是真的有些难度的,并且最重要的是我根本就不清楚一个有效数字的规则。。

一个连规则都不知道的人怎么能玩好游戏呢,所以果断的挂了10次8次的。最后还是没有全然答对。
