从simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_2_10_00_36导入collector工程后，rebuild后进行debug，出现了如图错误：
Fatal error:Failed to connect to the XDS emlulator （connect ICEPick）...
(Error -241 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.A security error has probably occurred.
Make sure your device is unlocked.
(Emulation package 8.0.27.9)
原因：是程序的目标设备配置错误。
修改调试配置：
1. Options -> TI XDS ->emulator ->specify custom board file
2. Options -> TI XDS ->board -> CC13xx_XDS110_CJTAG.dat
设置好后，点击OK。可以开始进行debug。
