新装的Windows Server 2008 r2没有网卡驱动，所以没有网络适配器。
首先，我在相同的型号电脑上查到这个主板的网卡驱动安装的是Intel（R） Ethernet Coinnection (2) I219-V
解决办法1：到官网下载对应的网卡驱动，http://download.gigabyte.cn/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_lan_intel_v22.10.zip，解压安装即可。
解决办法2：到英特尔官网找到Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise*版本的64位网卡驱动：

下载后，解压。因为我的Windows Server 2008 R2不能识别U盘，借用Win PE将解压的文件拷贝到Windows Server 2008 R2系统上。
右键计算机-管理-诊断-设备管理器-以太网控制器-更新驱动程序软件-浏览计算机上的驱动程序文件-从计算机的设备驱动程序列表中选择-从磁盘安装-浏览：
找到PROWinx64Legacy\PRO1000\Winx64\NDIS62\e1c62x64.inf
在列表中找到Intel（R） Ethernet Coinnection (2) I219-LM，进行安装。
